I would like to acknowledge the opportunity given me by the conference
"Informational Days: Nuclear Science for Sustainable Environment and Security (NUSES)" organised by INRNE in
cooperation with the EC Joint Research Centers.

In fact, in the context of this conference, I appreciated the highly technical content of presented papers and I had the chance to inform a broad audience about the on-going projects of the nuclear safety PHARE
programme. Also I would like to underline the very prompt reaction by my Bulgarian colleagues of INRNE, which may lead to an additional interesting project of PHARE assistance to Bulgaria.

Finally, I thank especially Prof. Jordan Stamenov, Director of INRNE and Chairman of the conference for his very good organizing skills and you for all your efforts in publishing the conference outcomes.
